Through our network, we provide online interactive, single-player and multi-player online games which appeal to a broad audience. BugleGames currently provides its users with a broad variety of games. Players can earn tokens while playing and redeem them for ballots used in our drawings.

Q. Do I have to pay to play?

A. Absolutely not! All our games are free to play as often as you like.

Q. How many rooms can I play in?

A. Players may play in multiple rooms if desired, as long as they are actively playing without the use of automated programs. Players are also free to move from room to room as their preference dictates. 

Prizes

Q. What do I do with my tokens?

A. Tokens are used to acquire ballots in our drawings. Each ballot will cost you 1,000 tokens. The more ballots you have, the more chances you will have in that drawing. You may purchase as many ballots as you want - you are only limited by your token balance. Please see the Contest page for further information.

Q. What happens if I run out of tokens?

A. Some of our games, like Multiplayer Bingo and Texas Hold'em Poker, deduct tokens from your player account. If you run out of tokens while playing in these games, you'll need to play in a game (such as Pyramid Panic or Spin Poker) that does not deduct tokens, in order to rebuild your balance.

Q. Are there any restrictions for redeeming my tokens?

A. You must be a registered user of BugleGames.com and must be 18 years of age or older, and meet the eligibility requirements as shown on the Rules page.

Please note: All prize winners must have their information complete under "My Account". Winners with missing or incomplete information will be disqualified and forfeit their prize winnings.

Q. What's the difference between Contests and Drawings?

A. Drawings are held monthly at BugleGames.com.  If you're an avid Bingo player, remember to hold on to enough tokens to continue "wagering" in the Bingo rooms.  If you run out of tokens, you'll have to play the single-player games in order to rebuild your token balance.  The Winner is obtained through a random drawing of all those who hold ballots for a particular prize.

Contests are generally held on a weekly basis; Sunday through Saturday. Make sure you read the current contests carefully. The Winner could be the #1 player on the leaderboard for that week, or it could be a player who finishes in another position, such as #5 or #12, etc.  The weekly contest is over when the single-player games and leaderboards are reset for the week.  This occurs sometime between Midnight - 8:00am ET on Sunday mornings.  The exact time may vary.

Q. How long will it take my prize to arrive?

A. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of prize(s) to US addresses - slightly longer for residents outside the US.
