A: Welcome to BugleGames!
Joining BugleGames is a simple process:
Step One: Click on Register and fill in the brief form that appears.
Step Two: Log In to the site, using the username and password you created.
Step Three: Click on the Games tab, then select a game and click

Q: What kind of computer / software do I need to play on BugleGames?
A: Just about any computer made in the last 5 years should work. We would suggest at least a 750 MHz computer with 128 meg of ram. Your screen resolution should be set at
1024 x 768 or larger. You must have the Shockwave Plug in and cookies enabled.
Q: Help! I can't fit the whole game on my monitor, can you help?
A: More than likely, it's simply a matter of resolution. Our games
work best on a 1024x768 or higher resolution. If you're operation with an
800x600 resolution, you might consider changing to 1024x768.
To adjust your screen resolution:
1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Display.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Check the slider in the "Screen area" or "Desktop Area" box. Move the slider towards "More" if it says
800x600 or smaller.
Q: I can't see any of the games when I click on one...only a black box. What's wrong?
A: You might not have the Shockwave Plug in installed or it might be corrupted. You might also need to clear your cache to free up space for the games.
Click here to trouble shoot the Shockwave Plug in.
See below for instructions on how to clear your cache.

Q: I haven't received my prize yet?
A: Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. If it has been 6 weeks or more for ANY prize, please
use our contact form to report this.
