All games are for entertainment value only. Player understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required to play our games.

Only one account per valid e-mail address is permitted. You can sign up for as many accounts as you wish, as long as each has it's own unique valid e-mail address.  In order to switch between accounts, simply click Log Off and log in with your preferred username and password.  

Please note: the use of multiple accounts for circumventing blocked accounts may result in the removal of all the accounts involved. As long you stay out of trouble, that won't be a problem!

Contest and Prize Rules

All Monthly prize drawings are held after the first of the month - so plan accordingly! Eligible winners of our games and or promotions will receive tokens that may be used to purchase ballots for these drawings subject to certain limitations.

BugleGames.com has a variety of prize drawings to offer you. All prize drawings are displayed on our Contest page. On this page you may choose to use your tokens for prize drawings, provided you have enough tokens in your account. Each ballot costs 1,000 tokens. You may purchase as many as you want, up to your player balance.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees, officers and directors of BugleGames.com, it's affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not eligible. Void wherever prohibited by law. International prize winners residing outside the United States and Canada may be given an alternative prize of equal value.

Please note: All prize winners must have their information complete under "My Account". Winners with missing or incomplete information will be disqualified and forfeit their prize winnings.

How to Enter the Drawings

A "ballot" is the same as "ticket" or "chance" in a particular drawing. When you have enough tokens to trade in for ballots in our drawings, go to our Prize page. The amount of tokens each ballot 'costs' is listed next to that option (currently 1 ballot will cost you 1,000 tokens ). Simply click on the prize you have enough tokens for, enter the number of ballots (not tokens ) you wish to purchase, and your account will be automatically deducted and your ballot selection processed. You can check how many ballots you have for each drawing by clicking on "My Ballots" at the top of the screen.

How to chat

In order to chat with other players, click once inside the box at the bottom of the chat area of the game screen, type your message and press Enter on your keyboard. This will send your message to the room.

If you do not wish to chat with other players then simply do not type in text in the Chat window.

BugleGames Chat Rules and Guidelines

We encourage our patrons to have an entertaining and pleasant time at BugleGames.com. Please enjoy our "community" atmosphere while visiting.

Due to the configuration of our game screen, some users may not be able to use the chat feature. Still others are not comfortable chatting in general. Please do not assume that because a player does not or cannot respond to chat, that they are being rude.

When chatting, please be nice to others. If you don't want someone to say something unkind about you or one of your family members, then don't say something unkind about others.

We have people from all walks of life in our chat rooms. Please learn from fellow patrons and play nice. We are all here for the same purpose: to play games and chat with our "buddies".

Please extend the kindness shown to you by others. If you encounter a negative patron, please stay calm. Do not engage a negative or abusive player in chat. Doing so will only risk implicating ALL parties.

BugleGames.com players MUST be 18 years of age or older to play at the site. Whenever you place a large number of people in one setting, differences of opinion and arguments are going to occur quite naturally. As adults, we expect our players to have the ability to resolve their disputes in a mature manner and without intervention.

If a site representative observes a patron displaying disruptive behavior in one of our chat rooms, a warning may be issued. If that warning is ignored and the behavior does not improve, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Cybersex is NOT permitted at BugleGames.com. If you meet someone at our site, and you would like to know each other better, please use a separate Instant Messenger, email or any other private chat available to you. BugleGames.com Chat Rooms are not for this purpose.

Please use common sense when choosing your nickname. People don't want to see offensive nicknames, bodily functions, body parts, curse words, etc. If a site representative asks you to change it, please do so without argument.

Solicitation for goods or services without authorization from BugleGames.com is not permitted.

BugleGames.com Chat Rooms Rules and Guidelines has been developed to ensure that a person does not disturb, offend or harass other participants in the Chat Rooms. Players are encouraged to report any activity which breaches the rules for using the Chat Rooms.

Breaches of any of the Chat Room conditions may result in account revocation.

In order to use the Chat Rooms a user agrees not to transmit or display content containing any of the following:

• Player bashing (including name-calling and "labeling").
• "Chasing" a player from room to room.

BugleGames.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel games, events and/or promotions in whole or in part, in the event of technical or other difficulties.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two steps to enter each game: (1) After completing the necessary Registration information, sign onto BugleGames.com and (2) Enter a game room and begin playing. Some games place you in direct competition with other players for the prize pot. Other games are not competitive and only rely on luck and/or skill.

Tokens: All game winners will receive a specific number of tokens which will be determined prior to the start of each game and designated in the tokens field. If there is more than winner in a multiplayer game, the tokens will be divided evenly among all of the winners.

DISCLAIMERS: In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry via e-mail, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system (ex: "AutoMouse" or "AutoPlay" software) to play the games is strictly prohibited . Any player found using such programs will be deemed ineligible for prizes or other awards. BugleGames.com may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants who BugleGames.com, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules. BugleGames.com, its agents and representatives are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in any operation or transmission; theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions, or for technical telephone equipment, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by BugleGames.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. BugleGames.com, its agents and representatives are also not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete or garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate or damage users system as a result of participation and downloading of games. If technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue online registration, BugleGames.com reserves the right to terminate the games prior to the stated date by which all registrations must be received.

DISQUALIFICATION: Although BugleGames.com does not anticipate the circumstances which would lead to player point disqualification, BugleGames.com reserves the right to clear all user accounts and/or withdraw an entrant from any game or promotion at its sole discretion. In the event that BugleGames.com loses any user's account information, including without limitation account balances, or the redemption mechanism does not function properly thus causing BugleGames.com to inaccurately track any redemption request or player's participation, BugleGames.com shall not be held liable in any manner for making a user(s) account whole.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners are responsible for reviewing their own account balances and determining when to redeem their tokens for ballots in a prize drawing on the prize page. BugleGames.com will verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prize. Winners may be required to agree (in writing) to an Affidavit of Eligibility, and, where lawful, a Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification, or winner's prize will be forfeited, except where prohibited by law. By accepting the prize and executing the Liability and Publicity Release, each winner agrees that BugleGames.com may post winner's name on Official Winner's page, and may use winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotional purposes without further compensation.
